Buying online can seem like a gamble, and if you are unable to visit our shop you may be unsure of the service you will be getting if you buy via the internet or over the phone.

I visited lots of shops and the service I received from you was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for you and rather than making me feel like just another customer you made me feel special and I felt you genuinely cared about my big day. It was difficult to find me a dress as I wanted something to cover my scar on my right arm. You took lots of time and effort to make me a sleeve and it looked amazing! I have never known anyone to be as helpful and quick at responding as you! I must be honest, there were times when I thought you was too good to be true! Not only have you provided me with the most beutiful bridesmaids dresses ever - but you have also put up with me emailing you 101 questions everyday, changing my mind on things, changing colour themes, then you provided me with cravats, hankies, bowties and ribbon - the ribbon before I had even paid for it - talking of which, I may need some more!
You really have been fantastic. There were months when I was just emailing you with questions and hadn't even made an order. I was sure one day you would just yell "Just buy something!" but you never did, and I think this is why I purchased the dresses through you and not through a local shop.
Anyway I am so glad I did! I can honestly say I had a tear in my eye when I saw the first dress. I really cannot thank you enough and I will be recommending you to everyone I know.
You really have made this part of the wedding planning stress free.

28th November 2011 Wedding Dress and Bridesmaids Dresses Subject: Thanks To Alex,I just wanted to say thank you for all the help you gave me with my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. My mum managed to do my lace up back on the day with no problems. I had so many people in the hotel say how lovely I looked in my dress and that the bridesmaids dresses were the best they had ever seen. Everyone loved the colour of the bridesmaids dresses. I am so pleased I went with burnt orange. I am enclosing a few photos so you can see what we all looked like.
We had a perfect wedding day it was like a fairy tale., perfect weather and fantastic hotel + holiday. Sorry it has taken so long to write to you.
