Buy organza or tulle in pale blue or with iridescent shine to make ceiling swags or chair sashes - Just £7 per 40cm x 9m roll of organza or £12.50 per 29cm x 25m of chiffon, wide wired edge ribbon also works well to make chair sashes.
We have not tried to be comprehensive but to give a flavour of items that could be used.
